Wisconsin Foreclosures

If you like milk or cheese products or are a fan of beer, this is the state for you.
The foreclosure market here has remained fairly steady throughout the last couple years. Dairy farmers have actually faired well, considerably better than other types of farmers across the mid section of the country. The majority of the foreclosures here in Wisconsin have been due to job loss from the manufacturing sector.
The overall numbers are showing that an average of just less than 2,000 properties per month have made their way into the foreclosure arena on a consistent basis. Some months there were 1,100 foreclosures other months there were 2,700 but the average is just under 2,000 and that really didn’t spike or dip dramatically from month to month and it was not hugely impacted with the start of the current mortgage crisis facing the country today. The state has pretty much ran at about 50 percent of the nations average for foreclosures
As the forecasters analyze that data and take the other factors at work in the world in general and Wisconsin in particular into effect, they have made the prediction that the state is going to continue on the path it is on and that we can expect them to turn in about half as many foreclosures across the board as the national average.
Wisconsin, despite it’s large physical size is not a state with a lot of large cities. For the most part there is Milwaukee, Green Bay and Madison leading as population centers and therein are centered about seventy five percent of the total available foreclosures.
The remaining 23 percent of foreclosed property is scattered though out the rest of the states gently rolling hills and is, for the most part, going to be in the smaller cities and towns throughout the state.

[...] Wisconsin is a wonderful place to live and Saxon is, by far, a great place to find many repos that with the proper management and money you can earn yourself a small fortune. Wisconsin does not allow right of redemption when dealing with Saxon repos. They will, instead, use other methods to conduct the sales of Saxon repos including possible judicial avenues as well as non-judicial ones. It is sad to know that Saxon repos are up due to poor money management by the owners. Many of the Saxon repos are not HUD home which means that the method to buy them is a lot easier as HUD homes are always decided in the court system. What this means for you is that Saxon repos are primarily sold by the lending corporation and usually for as little as the back mortgage. [...]
